Ongoing surgery

The nurse came out and spoke to Mrs. Kathy while my Mom was back at the hotel with us for a few minutes. Both men are doing well. She said their vitals are good. They have just finished extracting the kidney from Mr. Bruce and are icing and cleaning it. They are getting ready for the transplant now.

My Mom said, "It's hard waiting in the waiting room for so long so finding out what's happening helps. We have totally trusted in God until this point and will not stop trusting Him now. He is Faithful."

Mrs. Kathy said, "Could you imagine going through this alone, without anyone to be here with you?" My Mom and Mrs. Kathy are grateful to have each other at this time!!!!!

The surgery will still be a couple of hours.

My Aunt and Grandma  are finally on their way since their flight was canceled last night. They are stopped over in Chicago at the moment, and will be here in about 1 1/2 hours.
